Refund Policy

Last updated

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If a product doesn't work for you, this page explains when you can get your money back and how.

Our refund window

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase if the product doesn't work as described, or if you report a problem and we can't fix it. Tell us what went wrong: if we can fix it, we'll offer that first, and if we can't, you get a full refund.

A product is code you keep once you download it, so a change of mind after downloading isn't covered. Your statutory rights, below, apply whatever this policy says.

How to ask

Write to support@appica.dev from the email you bought with, and include your order number from the receipt. Polar, our merchant of record, issues the refund to the payment method you used, usually within a few business days. Polar may also refund an order on its own, for example for a billing error or suspected fraud.

Your rights in the UK and the EU

UK and EU law gives consumers 14 days to cancel most online purchases. For digital content that is delivered right away, such as a download, that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. This policy is on top of those rules: it never gives you less than the law does. If a product is faulty or not as described, you keep your statutory rights to a repair, a replacement or a refund whatever this policy says.

After a refund

A refund ends the license, so you must stop using the product and delete your copies.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank. A refund through us is quicker for you, and a dispute costs us a fee whatever its outcome.
